Reset Periods For Data

Where the metric for real-time data is accumulative, the period is defined as follows (time values are using the 24 hour clock):

  • Today - resets at 00:00 each day

  • This Week –resets at 00:00 on Monday

  • This Month – resets at 00:00 on the first day of every calendar month

  • This Year – resets at 00:00 on the first day of every calendar year

Where there is an active calls history chart (in the Active Calls, Queue and DCA Call Status tiles), the charts resets to zero when you log out/into the portal (as it is populated in real-time) or change the time period to display in the tile configuration settings.

All other data, such as calls for today, this week etc. accumulate and will be shown whenever you access the dashboard.
