Settings

To change your personal settings, click on your user name in the top right-hand corner and select Settings from the drop down menu.

If you are in the Dashboard view, you may see the Dashboard Settings option underneath the account user's name: - don't confuse this option with the Personal Details Settings option in the drop down menu as shown above. After clicking on Settings in the dropdown menu, you will see the following options on the right-hand side of the page:

Personal Details

Note that the name in the top right-hand corner is comprised of First Name and Last Name in Personal Details, as shown above.

Use this form to change your email address, First Name, or Last Name.

Change Password

On the left-hand side of the page you will see options to change your password.

New users will be prompted to change their password on first use.

Password Rules

• Users are required to change their password every 60 days.

• Password length must be between 6 and 32 characters.

• Contain 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase character and 1 numerical.

• Contain at least 1 of the following special characters : !£$%^&*()_+={ };:'@#~<>?,.

Two-Factor Authentication

You can enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA) if your account setting is not enforced you to enable. Following the 2FA Setup steps and click "Validate and Update" button to complete if you want to strength your account security.

If you accidently enable this option on a shared or public computer, you can forget the trusted browser by clicking the "Forget All Trusted Browsers" button.
