Service Number Audit

Shows all Service Numbers belonging to the selected account - including sub accounts if applicable - and shows all Destination Numbers referenced by outdial-type nodes present in the active Service Plan. Outdial-type nodes are defined as Deliver Call, Queue, DCA or Multi-Outdial.

The data in these reports are compiled once a day at 0200hrs - i.e. changes made to active Service Plans during the day will not be included in these reports until the following day.

Destination Number

Destination Number (or numbers, comma-separated) detected in the Service Number's active Service Plan. Where a Destination number is defined as a variable in an outdial-type node, the default value given to the variable is presented in the report. For Service Plans that don't include any outdial-type nodes (passive messages or fax2email, for example), this entry will be "NONE"
