Within Pulse there is the ability to schedule most of the reports to be emailed to yourself and other email recipients, the frequencies can vary depending on each report - for more information check the table.
You can either schedule a report without running the report on screen in the portal first, or choose to schedule it after you have run the report on screen.
Click the blue ‘Add to Schedule’ button to reveal the schedule report options:-
The schedule options are:
Report Type - This is the type of report you have selected.
Send to me - A copy of the report will be emailed to your email address (as the per the email address for user you are logged in as).
Email Address - You can enter up to 10 other email addresses, these must be separated by a comma
Subject - The subject title of the email when the report is emailed.
Message - This is optional text is appended to the bottom of the email if entered.
Frequency - There are four options (depending on the report being scheduled), these are:
Daily - Sent each day with the previous days data e.g. 00:00:00 to 23:59:59
Weekly - Sent every Monday with the previous 7 days data e.g. Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59
Monthly - Sent 1st of every month with previous months data e.g. 1st 00:00:00 to last day 23:59:59
Quarterly - Sent every calendar quarter - 1st of January, 1st of April, 1st of July, 1st of October, with the previous 3 months data
Your currently scheduled reports can be viewed and edited at any time by clicking on the 'Schedule Reports' menu option on the left:-

The reports are automatically emailed between 4am and 5am of every morning. Although due to mail servers and delays it can take a short while to reach your inbox.
If you have not received the email by 9am, please check your Junk/Spam Folders and that the email is not being blocked by any mail filtering you may have on your email address, if all of that has been done then raise a ticket with your Service Providers faults desk stating you have not received your scheduled report e.g. Scheduled Report - CallRecords_ID325.
The frequency depends on the report being scheduled - please refer to page for more information. All reports are delivered in .CSV format: if the size of your report is greater than 2Mb that the report will be zipped and the attachment with be a ZIP containing a compressed CSV file.
The reports that have been schedule by yourself will appear in the "My Reports" tab. If you are an administrator there will be two additional tabs to show scheduled reports that have been created by other users in your account and also schedule reports that users in all your sub accounts have created. Edit the report schedule by selecting the icon on the right of the relevant report. In the edit screen you can change the report criteria and also the schedule options. You can also Delete the scheduled report if you don't require it anymore by clicking the delete button at the bottom of the schedule options:-
The reports are sent from unless Pulse Scheduled Reports in the have been configured for the account where the report was scheduled and saved and these will be used instead.
