What Can I Build? The Service Designer allows you to create almost limitless call flow using a combination of the available Node Types. How do I access Service Designer? Access to the Service Designer is controlled by your Service Provider. Your Service Provider must grant you permission to use the application as well as the services and features (nodes) within here. Using the Numbers screen in the Portal you can access the Service Designer by clicking the [Open in Service Manager] menu option for one of your service numbers or you can click the [Service Manager] option from the Home navigation menu.
