Toolbar Functions

Service Designer Toolbar

New	Allows users to create a new service plan (See Creating a Service Plan).
Save -> Service	Allows users to either save new service or save a modified existing service plan. (See Saving a Service Plan)
Save -> Create Template	Create a new template based on the Service Plan currently in the Service Designer canvas. (See Managing Service Templates)
Save -> Update Template	Allows changes to a Service Template that has been opened in the Service Designer canvas to be updated. (See Managing Service Templates)
Validate	Validates the active service plan and notifies user in case of an error or a successful validation.
Undo	Undo functionality for the Service Designer.
Redo	Redo functionality for the Service Designer.
Manage -> Assigned Services	It is only visible when a service number is selected and allows users to browse all service plans assigned to the current working number.

Manage -> Audio	Allows users to browse all the audio files. (See Managing Audio)

Manage -> Bulk Configuration	Bulk configure service numbers (See Bulk Configuration)
Manage -> Help	Opens the online help documentation.
Designer -> Toggle Toolbox	Shows or hides the nodes toolbox.
Designer -> Auto Layout	Optimizes and organizes the nodes of the active service plan.
Designer -> Print/Export	Allows users to print or export the service designer canvas as a PDF file.
Designer -> Sticky Note	Adds a Sticky Note to the canvas
Designer -> Find Node	Locate a node using the Node ID
Sub Plans -> Add Sub Plan	Adds a new Sub Plan to the service designer.
Sub Plans -> Delete	Delete the the currently selected Sub Plan.
Sub Plans -> Edit Name	Rename the currently selected Sub Plan.
DCA -> Agents	Opens Agent Manager for the DCA (Dynamic Call Agent) feature.
DCA -> Skillsets	Opens the Skillset Manager for the DCA (Dynamic Call Agent) feature.
DCA -> Help	Opens the DCA online help documentation.
