Creating a Service Plan

You can select the service plan of your choice using the screen below, which can be accessed through the New toolbar menu option or when the application is being launched for first time.

Choose Plan Type

Available options:

• Call Delivery: Create a new Call Delivery service plan in Service Builder (see Call Delivery)

• Conference: Create a new Conference service plan in Service Builder (see Conferencing)

• IVR Menu: Create a new IVR Menu service plan in Service Builder (see IVR Menu)

• Fax: Create a new FAX service plan in Service Builder (see Fax)

• Service Designer: Create a new service plan using the Service Designer (see Service Designer).

When changes are detected, you will be prompted with the following confirmation dialog to save any changes prior to creating a new service
