Access to the Service Manager is controlled by your Service Provider. Your Service Provider must grant you permission to use the application as well as the services and features within it. Using the Numbers screen in the Portal you can access the Service Manager by clicking the [Open in Service Manager] menu option for one of your service numbers or you can click the [Service Manager] option from the Home menu.
