Opening a Service Plan

Opening the active service plan for a selected service number

The Service Number Manager will show all numbers that have been assigned to your account (see Managing Numbers) and you can open the active service plan for one of your numbers by selecting Open Active Service from the menu button.

Opening an existing service plan

The Service Plan Manager will show all the available service plans that have been created against your account (see Managing Services).

You can open a service plan by selecting Open Service from the menu button. The latest version of the service plan will be opened in the Service Manager.
