Services

Service Manager provides access to all the service plans that have been created against your account and your sub accounts. The Service Plan Manager can be accessed from the Manage -> Services toolbar menu option and extra functionality is available by left clicking the 'Menu' icon on a single service plan entry as shown below:

• Open Service: Opens the selected service plan.

• Assign to Service Number: Assigns this service plan to a selected service number.

• Bulk Number Assignment: Assign multiple numbers to this service plan. See Bulk Number Assignment for more information.
• Manage Assigned Numbers: Allows you to manage the assigned service numbers against this selected service plan. See Manage Assigned Numbers for more information.
• Delete Service: Deletes this service plan from the platform. Only permitted if this Service is not assigned to any Service Number (Assigned = 0) WARNING - DOING SO WILL PERMANENTLY DELETE THE SERVICE FROM THE PLATFORM.

• Version History: Allows you to access the version history and change log for this service plan. See Service Plan Version History or Service Plan Change Log for more information.
• Assignment History: Allows you to access the assignment history for this service plan. See Service Plan Assignment History for more information.
