Assigned Numbers

You can assign multiple service numbers to a single service plan but only one service plan can be active for each number at any given time. To assign a number to a service plan can do that via the Service Number Manager or by using the Bulk Number Assignment screen. To access the Assigned Number Manager screen you need to select the Manage Assigned Numbers menu option in the Service Plan Manager as shown below:

The Assigned Number Manager screen provides the following functionality as shown below:

  • Displays a list of the assigned numbers and if the Service Plan is active on the number or not

  • Option to remove service number assignment from the selected service plan by left clicking on 'Menu' icon for the number
