Audio
Audio Manager allows upload and configuration of audio files and is accessed by clicking on the Manage -> Audio toolbar menu option.

You can also perform the following tasks by left clicking on menu icon on an audio file row:
Replace: Replaces the selected audio file with another audio
Delete: Allows deletion of the selected audio file - only where the specific file is not being used (Usage column equals zero)
Rename: Allows user to rename the audio file name
Download: Allows user to download the selected audio
View Usage: View the service plans where the audio file has been used
Change Account: Move the audio to a sub account - only available when the file is not being used (Usage column equals zero)
Copy: Creates a copy of a selected audio and places it in a selected account
The following audio formats are supported:
File Extension
Format
.MP3
MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 Audio Layer III
.WMA
Microsoft Windows Media Audio (Protected WMA is not supported)
.WAV
Compressed or uncompressed.
The platforms native audio format is:-
Format: WAV Bit Rate: 128 kbps Sample Rate: 8 kHz Channels: 1 (mono) Audio files are converted into this format during the upload process. It is recommended that your audio files (mp3, wma or wav) are recorded with the same Bit Rate, Sample Rate and Channels as the native format. Audio files recorded in a higher quality format may have a perceived loss of quality when compared to the original.
Audio File Usage
The "Usage" column in the audio manager window shows the number of times an audio file has been used within your service plans. It is possible to see which service plans are using the audio file by selecting "View Usage" from the the menu column.

The "Usage" column shows the number of times the audio file has been used within the service plan. The "Assigned Numbers Count" shows how many of your service numbers have the service plan assigned. Using the the menu column, the service plan can be opened in Service Manager and you can also manage the assigned numbers. When there are no Assigned Numbers against a service plan you can also delete the service plan without having to use the Service Manager.
