Numbers
Service Number Manager provides access to the numbers that have been assigned to the active account. The Service Number Manager can be accessed from the Manage -> Numbers toolbar menu option. Extra functionality is provided by left clicking the menu button on a single service number entry as shown below:

Open Active Service: Opens the active service plan for the selected service number
Assign and Existing Service: Allows the assignment of a service plan to the selected service number
Manage Assigned Services: Allows the management of the service plans that have been assigned to the selected service number
Update Description: Allows the configuration of the description of the selected service number
Update PIN: Allows the configuration of the PIN number for the selected service number
Update Number Status: Change the status of the number.
Active/Available - Activate the number. The number status will show as either "active" or "available" depending on the state of assigned services.
Parked & Suspened - Deactivate the number. Callers will hear a network message before being disconnected. See the Number Status table below for more information.
Remove Assigned Services: Removes all assigned service plans for the selected service number (a warning message confirms that this action will result in any calls to that number failing)
Assignment History: See Number Assignment History
Number Audit Log: See Number Audit Log
Update Disaster Recovery: In the unlikely event of a data network failure that affects the Advanced Services Platform's ability to execute customer-defined Service Plan configurations, a backup 'Disaster Recovery (DR)' mechanism will be invoked that provides limited service functionality. Service Number DR behaviour can be defined using the following options:
Last Destination: Once every three hours the system takes a snapshot of the most recent call to each Service Number that resulted in a successful call connection to a destination. This snapshot is uploaded to an area of the platform that isn't reliant on data network connectivity and is used to maintain a continued - albeit reduced - service in the event of a data network failure. This is the default behaviour but may not be appropriate for some services.
Normal Hangup: Use this setting to simply terminate calls if the platform is in DR mode.
Network Message: Use this setting to play a standard network message, then terminate the call if the platform is in DR mode.
Specific Destination Number: The user can nominate their own DR Destination Number (subject to account-level routing restrictions) which will be used as an alternative destination if the platform is in DR mode. An existing inbound Service Number cannot be used as the Specific Destination Number.
A modification to the Disaster Recovery option for a Service Number can take up to three hours before it is deployed to the platform.
