Service Number Manager provides access to the numbers that have been assigned to the active account. The Service Number Manager can be accessed from the Manage -> Numbers toolbar menu option. Extra functionality is provided by left clicking the menu button on a single service number entry as shown below:
Open Active Service: Opens the active service plan for the selected service number
Assign and Existing Service: Allows the assignment of a service plan to the selected service number
Manage Assigned Services: Allows the management of the service plans that have been assigned to the selected service number
Update Description: Allows the configuration of the description of the selected service number
Update PIN: Allows the configuration of the PIN number for the selected service number
Update Number Status: Change the status of the number between:
Active - Number live (Note: Please refer to Table 1 below which explains how Activated Service Plans can change the status of a number)
Parked - Number is configured but disabled. Calls to a number with this status will return the announcement “The number you’ve dialled is no longer in service, you’ll need to contact the company you’re trying to call by an alternative number.”
Callers to inbound service numbers in Parked state will not be answered and the audio will be played and the call will terminate. If a custom audio is uploaded the call will be terminated after 10 seconds even if the audio is longer.
Suspended - Number is configured but disabled. Calls to a number with this status will return the announcement “The service to this number is currently suspended. You’ll need to contact the company you’re trying to call by an alternative number.”
Calls to inbound service numbers in Suspended state will not be answered and the audio will be played and the call will terminate. If a custom audio is uploaded the call will be terminated after 10 seconds even if the audio is longer.
Remove Assigned Services: Removes all assigned service plans for the selected service number (a warning message confirms that this action will result in any calls to that number failing)
The status of a number can be viewed in one of two screens within the portal. The table below shows what the status means in each screen:

*It is possible in Service Manager to have a Service Number in an ‘Active’ status without a live Service Plan attached to it – in this scenario the number will ring unobtainable if dialled.
