Number Audit Log

Changes to Service Numbers are recorded in the Number Audit Log.

The following changes are recorded:-

• Updating the Service Number Description

• Updating the Service Number PIN

• Changing the Service Number Status

• Moving numbers between Accounts

• Updating the Disaster Recovery option

The Number Audit Log can be accessed from the Manage > Numbers screen by clicking the [ Menu ] icon for the relevant number.

Selecting the Number Audit Log menu option will display the following:-
