Changes to Service Numbers are recorded in the Number Audit Log.
The following changes are recorded:-
Updating the Service Number Description
Updating the Service Number PIN
Changing the Service Number Status
Moving numbers between Accounts
Updating the Disaster Recovery option
The Number Audit Log can be accessed from the Manage > Numbers screen by clicking the [ Menu ] icon for the relevant number.
Selecting the Number Audit Log menu option will display the following:-
