Each time you change a Service Plan and update it using the Save option, a new current version will be created and appended to the version history. A change log is also generated which details all the changes that were detected when comparing it to the previous current version. The Service Plan Change log can be accessed from the Service Manager toolbar [Version] menu or from the window.
Selecting the Change Log menu item will show the following Service Plan Change Log window:-
There are two tabs showing a Simple and Detailed view of the change log. The Simple tab provides a shorter simplified view of the changes and is best used for Service Plans that have been created using the Service Builder. The Detailed tab provides a comprehensive change log and includes items that are specific to Service Plans that have been created using the Service Designer. It will include Node ID's when referencing a changed value, changes to branch connections, node and branch descriptions, changes to the number of nodes etc. The change log can be exported to Excel or as a PDF file by using the export buttons.
