Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to the user login by requiring not only your password but also a second form of authentication by a code from authentication app.

You can configure two-factor authentication settings for the users under your account.

"User trust their browsers" Setting

A ‘trusted browser’ is one where the user doesn’t need to enter a 2FA code every time they log in, and this setting is used to configure the duration for how long a browser remains trusted for all users under your account.

"Enforce two-factor authentication (2FA) for all users under this account" Setting

Enforcing 2FA for all users under your account ensures consistent security across all customer accounts, reducing the risk of unauthorized access. Once you click the checkbox and save, all users will be immediately enforced to setup the two-authentication at next login if their 2FA is not enabled.
