Toolbar Functions

Service Builder Toolbar

  • New: Allows users to create a new Service Plan. Users are also prompted to save their unsaved work

  • Save: Allows users to either save a new Service or save a modified existing Service Plan (See Saving a Service Plan)

  • Validate: Validates the current Service Plan and notifies the user of its success or otherwise.

  • Manage->Assigned Services: This is only visible when a Service Number is selected, and allows users to browse all Service Plans assigned to the service number.

  • Manage->Services:Browse Service Plans (See Managing Services)

  • Manage->Numbers:Browse Service Numbers (See Managing Numbers)

  • Manage->Audio: Manage all the audio files (See Managing Audio)

  • Manage->Templates: Browse and Manage Service Designer Templates (See Manage Service Templates)

  • Manage->Phone Book: Manage Phone Book (See Manage Phone Book)

  • Manage->Bulk Configuration: Bulk configure service numbers (See Bulk Configuration)

  • Manage->Help: Opens the online help documentation

  • Builder->Switch Plan Type: Allows the type of service plan to be changed.

  • Builder->Convert to Designer: Allows the service plan to be converted to Service Designer. Only available if you have access to Service Designer.

  • DCA->Agents: Manage the DCA Agents. Only available if you have access to DCA (Dynamic Call Agent)

  • DCA->SkillSets: Manage the DCA SkillSets. Only available if you have access to DCA (Dynamic Call Agent)

  • DCA->Help: Opens the DCA online help documentation

  • Help: Opens the online help page in the context of the current builder service
