The following services and features can be configured using the Service Builder:-

What can I build?

  • Call Delivery

    • Simple (Single Destination or Call Hunt Groups)

    • Distribution (Round Robin, Random, Bounce, Percentage)

    • Simultaneous (Up to 7 destinations)

    • Features include:

      • Missed call alerts via email

      • Busy/Ring No Reply settings (Voicemail, Play Audio)

      • Time of Day settings (open hours, closed dates) (Voicemail, Play audio when closed)

      • Call Recording (Record all or a percentage of calls)

      • Override CLI (Replace the callers CLI with the inbound service number)

  • Multi-Level IVR Menu Systems

    • Each menu key can be configured as:

      • Call Delivery (all call delivery options are available, see above)

      • IVR Menu (sub menu)

      • Voicemail

      • Play audio disconnect

      • Repeat IVR Menu

    • Fax delivered as an email attachment in PDF or TIFF

How do I access Service Builder

Access to the Service Builder is controlled by your Service Provider. Your Service Provider must grant you permission to use the application as well as the services and features listed above.

Using the Numbers screen in the Portal you can access the Service Builder by clicking the [Open in Service Manager] menu option for one of your service numbers or you can click the [Service Manager] option from the Home navigation menu.
