Available Tile Types

Here is a high level description of what information each tile displays and what it looks like on the dashboard:

Live Total

Display real-time โ€˜totalsโ€™ information (e.g. calls or minutes for an account or service number)

Live Chart

Display real-time call metrics (for calls or minutes for an account or service number) in chart form

Live Call Outcome

Display today's totals for Answered, Unanswered and Engaged calls by account or service number

Live Top Accounts

Display a list of your top accounts (if applicable) based on total call minutes for the day, week or month.

Live DCA Agent Status

A tile for monitoring DCA Agent availability

Live DCA Call Status

A tile for monitoring the call activity and key performance indicators of a DCA service

Live Queue

A tile for monitoring the call activity and key performance indicators of a queue

Favourite Numbers

Display your favourite Service Numbers and access the service plan directly from the dashboard โ€“ simply click on the number on the tile.

Message Board

With this tile you can add a message box to your dashboard to display relevant information including text, website links and images. This uses Markdown syntax โ€“ learn more about Markdown here.

Live Active Call Status

A tile for monitoring the status for all active calls on an account
