Configuring Tiles

Your dashboards can be as big or small as you require, containing as many or as few tiles as you need, with the flexibility to create a unique layout to suit the dashboard purpose.

There is no limit to the size of dashboard you can create, making it easy to use on larger wallboard screens if required. For this reason there is no re-sizing logic applied when viewing your dashboards on a smaller screen devices, however it’s very easy to clone any existing dashboards you have created.

Simply clone dashboards you want to view from your mobile or tablet, name them appropriately e.g. ‘Mobile Dashboard 1’ and then edit the layout of the tiles to suit the screen size.

Most of the tiles have a range of common configuration options such as:

• Multiple size options to achieve the layout you require (sizes available are dependent on the tile type)

• Colour selection for the tile background and text (available on most tiles)

• Personalised tile name to suit the metrics being displayed (e.g. ‘Customer Service Total Calls Today’)

• Set an Auto Refresh period for live data metrics per tile (or switch this off and manually refresh your browser instead)

• Use the copy function to create modified versions of the same tile in the dashboardas many times you want (e.g. a tile to show the same information for different accounts or service numbers)

• Use the same tile types as many times as you want within a dashboard
