2FA code validation will be part of login process after 2FA is setup successfully. Additionally, there is an option "Remember browser" which allows you to reduce the frequency of 2FA code validation on trusted browsers. More importantly, this option should be used only on private computers.
When the 2FA code validation screen is prompted after you successfully enter the username and password, you need to open the Authenticator app on your mobile device to find 6-digit code generated for the account. Then enter this 6-digit code and click the "Validate" button to complete 2FA code validation.
If the Validation Code is incorrect: Double-check the code and re-enter it. If you are using an authenticator app, ensure the time on your device is correctly synced.
Note: 2FA codes are usually time-sensitive, typically expiring within 30-60 seconds, so ensure you enter it promptly.
By enabling this option, you will not be asked for a 2FA code every time you log in from this browser on this browser. Instead, 2FA will be required only periodically (e.g. after 14 days by default) depending on your account 2FA settings or when you log in from a new browser.
Use this option only on personal devices that you trust and use regularly. Do not enable this on shared or public computers.
If you accidently enable this option on a shared or public computer, you can forget the trusted browser by clicking on the account holder's name in the top right-hand corner and select "Settings" and then click the "Forget All Trusted Browsers" button in Two-Factor Authentication section.
Revoke 2FA: If you have lost access to 2FA mobile device or account removed from Authenticator app, you can request the account administrator to for you.
