Active: The Service Number has one or more Service Plans assigned to it, although none of those need to be active on the Service Number Not Active: The Service Number has no Service Plans assigned *Parked: callers will hear "The number you've dialled is no longer in service. You'll need to contact the company you're trying to call by an alternative number" *Suspended: callers will hear "The service to this number is currently suspended. You'll need to contact the company you're trying to call by an alternative number"

*Calls are free to Parked or Suspended numbers. API customers can define their own Parked and Suspended audio, although it must not exceed 10s in length. Service Numbers can be set to Parked/Suspended by navigating Home>Service Manager>Manage>Numbers>Menu Icon>Update Number Status.
