Shows total daily Peak Agent License usage by all Skill Sets and related DCA Agents under the selected account (and any sub accounts if applicable) for the selected date(s).

Column Name	Description	Type
Date	The date the account (or any Sub Accounts) had Signed In or Ready DCA Agents.	DD MMM YYYY
Account	Account name as defined in Home > Accounts	String
Account Type	Account types can be Service Provider, Reseller, Sub Reseller or Customer	String
Parent Account	The name of the reported account's Parent Account	String
Parent Account Type	If the account selected is a Service Provider, this will be 'Platform Owner'. Sub accounts below Service Provider will have the appropriate type relative to their Parent Account	String
Max Agents	The number of licenses granted to the reported Account. This figure includes licenses granted to any Sub Accounts. Licenses can only be granted on request	Integer
Peak Agents	The highest number of agents Signed In or Ready at any point in time for the reported day. The report is presented in descending Peak Agents order. No data is returned if no agents are Signed In or Ready in the specified account or any sub accounts for the reported date	Integer
