*'Inbound Call' will always be the first RT-CDR created in a call, and the time period represented by its start and end time will encompass all other RT-CDRs generated during that call.
†The End Time will be the same as the Start Time for 'logic' type functionality. For example - nodes which influence call flow such as 'Date' or 'Time of Day' which do not require any direct interaction with the caller and are actioned instantaneously would be in this category of 'logic' type nodes.
Other Notes
RT-CDRs mirror the switch-generated BABT-approved Inbound and Outbound billing CDRs, but also include many other 'Types', such as 'Queue', 'Call Recording', 'Voicemail', etc. There are (at time of writing) 164 types of real-time CDR. Full list available on request.
RT-CDRs are not BABT approved, and should not be used for billing purposes.
As their name suggests, real-time CDRs are available for this report as soon as they've been generated by the call.
