Node Properties

  1. IVR Menu Audio: IVR Menu Audio configuration.

    • IVR Menu Audio: Configures the Menu audio that is played to the caller.

  2. Default Key: Default Key Configuration.

    • Enable: Enables or disables the default key functionality.

    • Menu Repeat: Configures the number of times the IVR Menu Audio is repeated before the Default Key is taken.

    • Key Timeout: Configures the number of seconds to wait for a key press after playing the IVR Menu Audio.

    • Default Key: Configures the key option taken when a key is not selected after the IVR Menu Audio is repeated the number of times specified in the Menu Repeat.

  3. ScriptLogging: Configures the Script Logging functionality which captures key presses for the IVR Menu.

    • Enable: Enables or disables the Script Logging functionality.

A Script Logging report is available through the Pulse reporting package on request.
