Node Properties

  1. Conference: Conference mandatory settings.

    • Thank you Audio: The audio that is played after a delegate enters a valid RoomID and/or Pin number.

    • Record Name Audio: The audio that is played prior to recording a delegate's name.

    • Room Full Audio: The audio that is played when a specific conference is full.

    • Joined Conference Audio: The audio that is played when a delegate joins a conference.

    • Left Conference Audio: The audio that is played when a delegate leaves a conference.

    • First Caller Audio: The audio that is played to the first delegate who joins the conference.

    • Music On Hold: The genre of music that a delegate listens to whilst a conference is not active. (None, Classical, Easy Listening, Light Rock, Eighties, Pop)

    • Max Callers: The total number of delegates who can join a conference. (Minimum value: 2 )

    • Record Name: When set to true delegates are required to record their names prior to joining a conference.

  2. Host: Allows the configuration of a conference host.

    • Enable: Enable or disable the conference host configuration.

    • HostPin: Configured PIN required to be entered by the host. (Values between 4 and 8 digits starting from 1000)

    • Waiting For Host Audio: The audio that is played to delegates when the host has not joined the conference

    • Roll Call Announcement Audio: The audio that is played when a conference host requests a roll call

    • Passive Conference: Allows delegates to listen only

  3. Custom Rooms: Conference custom room settings.

    • Conference Audio Settings: Conference room audio settings.

      • Enable: Enable or disable the configuration of custom room settings.

      • RoomID Request Audio: The audio that is played to the delegate requesting a valid RoomID number.

      • Pin Request Audio: The audio that is played to the delegate requesting a valid Pin number.

      • Invalid RoomID Audio: The audio that is played after a delegate entered an invalid RoomID number.

      • Invalid Pin Audio: The audio that is played after a delegate entered an invalid Pin number.

      • Invalid RoomID Pin Audio: The audio that is played after a delegate entered an invalid RoomID and Pin number.

      • Max Attempts Audio: The audio that is played after a delegate reached the maximum number of attempts.

    • Room Settings: Conference room settings.

      • Max Attempts: The maximum number of attempts for a delegate to enter a valid RoomID and/or Pin number before the Max Attempts branch is taken.

      • Entry Mode: Configures the conference entry requirement. (RoomID only, Pin only, RoomID and Pin)

      • Dynamic Rooms: When enabled, custom rooms do not need to be preconfigured. Room ID and PIN must be between 4 and 8 digits.

  4. Record: Conference Recording Settings.

    • Enable: Enables or disables a conference to be recorded.

    • Audio Format: Audio format that the recording will be store.

    • Delivery Method: Configures the delivery method of the call recordings. FTP settings are held at your account level. Contact your service provider if you require FTP delivery. (Email, FTP, Email and FTP)

    • Email Address: Configure a list of up to 10 email addresses to deliver the call recordings

  5. Email Settings: Override default email system settings.

    • Enable: Enables or disables the custom email settings for a conference.

    • From Email Address: Sender email address.

    • From Name: The name of the sender.

    • Reply To Address: The reply email address.

    • Subject: The email subject.

    • Body: The email body.

    • Include Called Number: Includes the inbound service number within the email body.

    • Include Call Time: Includes the call start time within the email body.

    • Content Type: Allows you to choose whether to send the email as Plain Text or HTML - if HTML you can view your HTML as a web page by clicking on the 'View' button. If you choose HTML then the 'Include' options above are ignored.
