View Account Hierarchy

The "View Account Hierarchy" function allow users to visualize the hierarchical structure of accounts. This feature is particularly useful for service providers, resellers and sub-resellers to understand the their relationships with customer accounts.

Each type of account is represented by a corresponding colour label.

When you hover over the account label, a tooltip displaying the account type will appear.

To use the "View Account Hierarchy" function, go to the account section of the portal where the accounts are listed in a grid view and find the column labeled "Account Hierarchy" within the grid view. Then click the arrow button in the account label to expand and view the hierarchical structure of the account.

The Account Hierarchy will be shown up to the level of your login account type. For example, if you login by a customer account, you will not able to see the expand button in the account label. If you login by a reseller account, you will not able see the Service Provider in the Account Hierarchy.
