Feature Usage

Shows cumulative totals of platform feature usage for the selected Account and/or direct Sub Accounts or all Sub Accounts over a specified period.

Features are defined as either the Node Types used in Service Plans, or certain Platform Features found within those nodes. Each feature used is counted once per call regardless of the number of times that particular feature is used subsequently - e.g. a call to a Service Plan containing multiple Play Audio nodes will only count the first Play Audio encountered.

*If the Account Depth selected is 'Selected Account Only', and no calls have been handled by Service Numbers belonging directly to the selected account, the report will return "No data to display". It is possible however that calls have been taken by Service Numbers belonging to Sub Accounts below the selected account, but these will not be reported on if the Account Depth selected is 'Selected Account Only'.

To show those calls, change the Account Depth to 'Show Direct Sub Accounts Only' or 'Show All Sub Accounts' (depending on where in the hierarchy those sub accounts reside) and re-run the report. Note that the selected account (which reported "No data to display" when the Account Depth was 'Selected Account Only' as described above) will be omitted from the report.
