'Group By' is either: Day, Hour or Month
Day - shows totals for each day in the date period specified. Hour - shows totals for each hour in the date/hour period specified. Month - shows totals for each month in the month range specified
Date, Date+Hour or Month/Year
Total Calls
Total calls taken during the 'Group By' period, whether answered, unanswered, or encountering some other network condition (engaged, for example)
Integer
Total Duration
Total *answered call duration accumulated during the 'Group By' period. Note - if a time period has taken calls, but none were answered, this field will be blank
HH:MM:SS
*Calls are deemed 'answered' when either the Platform answers the call (to play audio for example), or the called party answers the call, whichever happens first.
