Conferencing
Property Name and Description
Wording
ThankYouAudio: Played to signify that the caller's DTMF entry or entries have been accepted. Depending on the conference configuration, this audio would follow a valid PIN entry, a valid Room ID entry, or a valid PIN/Room ID combination entry.
"Thank you"
RecordNameAudio: If configured, this prompts the caller to record their name which will then be announced to other delegates in the conference. The caller has 5 seconds to record their name after this prompt, and they can terminate their recording with the # key.

"...has joined the conference"
LeftConferenceAudio: If the conference has been configured to allow delegates to record their name, the remaining delegates in the conference will hear this audio which comes after the name of the delegate who just left the conference.
"...has left the conference"
FirstCallerAudio: The first caller to a conference will hear this audio, followed by Music On Hold which will play until the next delegate (or the conference host) arrives.
"You are the first caller to join this conference"
WaitingForHostAudio: If the conference has been configured to require a host, all callers will hear this message upon entering the conference if the host has not yet arrived.
"The conference will start when the host arrives"
RollCallAnnouncementAudio: If a conference has been configured to record delegate names AND it requires a host, this audio precedes the list of delegate names in the conference when the host elects to initiate a roll-call. This audio (and the subsequent name recordings) overlay on the conference and does not stop the other delegates from speaking with each other.
"The conference delegates are..."
RoomIDRequestAudio: If a conference has been configured to request a Room ID, the caller will be prompted with this audio.
