Simple

The Simple Call Delivery type allows an inbound call to connect to a destination phone number. If the Destination Number is engaged, or remains unanswered, the call will continue onto each available Destination Number in the list if more than one is configured, otherwise the call will end with the relevant tone or message.

To add a new destination, press the button to show the destination entry form.

You can enter a destination number into the Destination form field, or you can press the Phone Book button to select an entry from your Phone Book.

Fields and Functionality

• Destination Number: A valid telephone number or phone book entry

• Ring Duration: Number of seconds the destination will ring before the call flow redirect to either the next destination number or the Ring No Reply branch. (Valid values between 5 and 300 seconds)

• Add Number: Allows the addition of up to 9 further destination numbers (note: when there is more than one number in the list, and each is engaged or there is no reply, the call will end when the list is exhausted.)
