Call Delivery Options

Call Delivery provides a number of settings that can be activated and configured independently. The available groups are shown below:

Busy/Ring No Reply Settings Time Of Day Settings Missed Call Alert Record Call Override CLI Mid Call Divert Call Whisper

Fields and Functionality:

  • Busy / Ring no Reply Settings: Configures the Voicemail functionality. If no Voicemail function is configured (i.e. this option is OFF), the call will terminate with the appropriate tone or network message (see settings)

  • Time of Day Settings: Allows the call flow to alter based on time and date ranges, and special dates such as Bank Holidays (see settings)

  • Missed Call Alert: Users can be informed via email when calls to their numbers go unanswered (see settings)

  • Record Call: Configures the Call Recording settings (see settings)

  • Override CLI: CLI can be replaced with the number the caller dialled (see settings)

  • Mid Call Divert: Calls can be forwarded on to a third party (see settings)

  • Call Whisper: Audio can be presented to the called party prior to connection in order to identify the nature of the incoming call (see settings)
