Call Delivery provides a number of settings that can be activated and configured independently. The available groups are shown below:
Fields and Functionality:
Busy / Ring no Reply Settings: Configures the Voicemail functionality. If no Voicemail function is configured (i.e. this option is OFF), the call will terminate with the appropriate tone or network message (see settings)
Time of Day Settings: Allows the call flow to alter based on time and date ranges, and special dates such as Bank Holidays (see settings)
Missed Call Alert: Users can be informed via email when calls to their numbers go unanswered (see settings)
Record Call: Configures the Call Recording settings (see settings)
Override CLI: CLI can be replaced with the number the caller dialled (see settings)
Mid Call Divert: Calls can be forwarded on to a third party (see settings)
Call Whisper: Audio can be presented to the called party prior to connection in order to identify the nature of the incoming call (see settings)
