Busy/Ring No Reply

Allows the activation and configuration of the voicemail functionality if a caller's call will not connect successfully to a destination number.

Fields and Functionality

• Service Type: Configures the behavior of the voicemail

• Format: Configures the audio file type of the voicemail recording

• Greeting Audio: Configures the greeting audio

• Email Address: Allows the configuration of up to 10 email addresses where the voicemail
