Busy/Ring No Reply

Allows the activation and configuration of the voicemail functionality if a caller's call will not connect successfully to a destination number.

Fields and Functionality

• Service Type: Configures the behavior of the voicemail

• Format: Configures the audio file type of the voicemail recording

• Greeting Audio: Select the greeting audio or input a text string for text to speech.

• Email Address: Allows the configuration of up to 10 email addresses where the voicemail recording will be delivered to.

You can also use Text To Speech as an alternative to using audio uploaded via the Audio Manager.

Press the button to switch the audio property into text to speech mode. You can then enter the text string and select a preferred voice. Press the button to listen to the synthesized audio.

The PIN Number associated with the Voicemail box for use in the IVR Voicemail Retrieval Service can be viewed using the Numbers screen in Service Manager Number Section
