Time of Day

Allows the call flow to alter based on time and date ranges and special dates such as Bank Holidays.

Fields and Functionality

  • Open Hours Audio: Allows the configuration of optional audio that will be played to the caller when the call is within the open hours range

  • Add Open Hours: Allows the configuration of one or more day(s) and time ranges

  • Add Closed Dates: Allows the configuration of one or more closed dates

Special Dates and Voicemail Configuration

Fields and Functionality

Special Dates: Allows the selection of special days from a wide range of predefined days. If a 'special day' is not in this list, simply add it to the 'closed dates' section.

You can also use Text To Speech as an alternative to using audio uploaded via the Audio Manager.

Press the button to switch the audio property into text to speech mode. You can then enter the text string and select a preferred voice. Press the button to listen to the synthesized audio.
