Allows the call flow to alter based on time and date ranges and special dates such as Bank Holidays.
Open Hours Audio: Allows the configuration of optional audio that will be played to the caller when the call is within the open hours range
Add Open Hours: Allows the configuration of one or more day(s) and time ranges
Add Closed Dates: Allows the configuration of one or more closed dates
Special Dates: Allows the selection of special days from a wide range of predefined days. If a 'special day' is not in this list, simply add it to the 'closed dates' section.

Where the option is specified as a 'Bank Holiday', the date applied will be as per the UK Government assigned Bank Holiday date for the described day (). For example where the 'Bank Holiday' is a substitute day then the substitute day is used rather than the actual date. e.g. if Christmas Day falls on a Saturday and the substitute bank holiday is Monday 27th December then the 'Christmas Day Bank Holiday' option will be applied on the 27th December and NOT the 25th. The actual date 'Christmas Day (25th December)' option will be applied on the actual date of the event.
