A telephone service is available which allows the remote activation of services against inbound service numbers, which you may want to use in the event of disaster recovery. The assigned service for groups of numbers can also be switched en masse by creating number groups. You can create number groups using the Advanced Services Portal - see Number Groups for more information. The IVR telephone service is protected with a 6 digit User ID and PIN number which is assigned to your account by default when your account is created. Your User ID and PIN can be found under the Number Groups section in the portal, see for more information. Once you have entered your User ID and PIN you will be prompted to either enter a Service Number or a Number Group ID, this means you can choose to either update a single number or a group of numbers en masse, after entering that information you will be given the option to either enter a Plan ID e.g. 0-99 to switch to, or to enter a Service ID - the Service ID can be found in the "ID" column in the page.
