The Live Total tile shows real-time call summary totals. The configurable settings are as follows:
Setting
Description
Title
Create a unique title for the tile to indicate what information the tile is displaying
Select By
Choose whether to display information for an Account or Service Number(s).
Background Colour
Change the background colour of the tile to make it stand out on the dashboard.
Click on the colour box to choose a colour or insert a Hex code.
Text Colour
Change the colour of the text displayed on the tile to make it stand out against the tile background and on the dashboard.
Click on the colour box to choose a colour or insert a Hex code.
Conditional Background Colour
Change the background colour of the tile based on conditional rules. Multiple rules can be added and applied based on the value of the live total being:
Greater Than
Less Than
Equal To
Greater or Equal to
Less or Equal to
Click on the colour box to choose a colour or insert a Hex code.
Metric Type
Choose whether to display information for Calls or Minutes.
Figured displayed is for completed calls only.
Period
Choose the period of data to show information for.
Choose from:
Today (resets at 00:00 each day)
This Week (resets at 00:00 on Monday)
This Month (resets at 00:00 on the first day of every calendar month)
This Year (resets at 00:00 on 1st January every calendar year)
Auto Refresh
Choose whether to auto-refresh the data displayed in the tile or manually refresh.
Choose from:
Off (manual refresh)
30 Seconds
60 Seconds
5 Minutes
Manual refresh is achieved through a refresh of the browser page (most browsers use F5 for this function).
Size
Choose the size of the tile – change to suit the layout required.
Available sizes are 2x1 and 2x2.
