Menu Navigation
When you first login, the landing page will be your default dashboard. This will either be the Welcome dashboard which displays key metrics and information or any dashboard you have created yourself and set as the default. See the Real-time Dashboards section for more information on how to use the new real-time statistics dashboards.
Navigation is split into 3 main menu options:

User
Personal User menu – this is where you can manage your own user settings (such as your password) and log out of the portal:

Dashboard
Dashboard is where you can view and manage your real-time statistic dashboards:

Home
Home is where you can access (if permission has been granted by your service provider) the management functions for Numbers and Accounts along with the Pulse reporting engine and Service Manager call plan management interface, Payphone Barring, Call Barring, Voicemail and Service Number Groups screens.
You can also open the portal user guide in a new window by selecting Help:

All these menus are touch screen friendly; drop-downs can be accessed either by a mouse click or tap on the screen.
From the Home menu, when you navigate to one of the main menu options, the sub-menus will appear. On a large screen (PC, laptop or tablet), they will display down the left-hand side:


When viewing on a smaller screen, the new menu icon reveals the sub-menus:
Additionally when viewing on a device with a smaller screen, the portal will recognise and respond to the screen size, reducing the amount of information displayed to show only the most important data:
