The Start Node appears in the default plan of all Services and must be the first Node on the call flow.
Some service wide Parameters are configured in this node.

This branch is taken at the start of every call flow.
Speed Dial: Is used in conjunction with the Mid Call Divert Facility to allow a service to hold a list of short codes that can be used to dial frequently used numbers during a Mid call Divert or mid Call Conference.
Enable: Enables or disables the speed dial option.
Speed Dial Digits: Digits that a caller will enter when performing a Mid Call Divert or Conference. Value between 1 and 999999.
Destination Number: Valid Destination Number.
Missed Call Alert: Allows an e-mail address to be set to receive an email when calls are unanswered.
Enable: Enables or disables the option.
E-Mail Address: E-Mail Address to deliver the missed call alert to.
Email Settings: Override default email system settings.
Enable: Enables or disables the custom email settings.
From Email Address: Sender email address.
From Name: The name of the sender.
Reply To Address: The reply email address.
Subject: The email subject.
Body: The email body.
Include Calling Number: Includes the caller's CLI within the email body.
Include Called Number: Includes the inbound service number within the email body.
Include Call Time: Includes the call start time within the email body
Enable: Enables or disables the option.
Party: A Party is the calling party; B Party is the called party.

TimeZone: Allows the TimeZone Offset to be changed which is then used in the evaluation of the Time and Date related nodes. Otherwise the 'Default' setting will be GMT with automatic DST applied.
DTMF Controlling Party: When enabled, this allows the service to listen for DTMF controls from either the A or the B Party. When not enabled, this defaults to the B-Party. DTMF Tones can be used for features such as muting on , and .
