Allows a caller to be asked multiple questions and for the answers to be captured and recorded into a single audio file.
The file can be delivered by email, FTP, both or downloaded via the API.

This is taken when the Voice Capture has finished.
Voice Capture Configuration: Configures the main voice capture settings.
Play Prompt Tone: Plays a tone after each prompt audio before the recording starts if enabled.
Delivery Method: Configures the way the voice capture files are delivered. Contact your service provider if FTP is required.
Email Address: Configures a list of up to 10 email addresses to deliver the voice capture if the delivery method is 'Email' or 'FTP and Email'.
Audio File Format: Configures the audio format for the voice capture to either MP3, WAV or WMA
Capture Prompts: Configure between 1 and 20 capture prompts.
Description: A textural description for the prompt e.g. "Name capture"
Capture Prompt Audio: The audio file to play before the recording starts e.g. "What is your name"
Max Length: The maximum length before it stops recording. Value between 1 and 120 seconds.
Silence Detect Enabled: The maximum duration of silence before the recording stops. Value between 1 and 8 seconds.
Terminate Key Enabled: Allows the caller to press any key to stop the recording and move on.
Custom Audio: Configures custom audio messages.
Welcome Audio: Configure the audio which is played before the first capture prompt is played.
Success Audio: Configure the audio which is played after the last recording has completed.
Email Settings: Override default email system settings.
Enable: Enables or disables the custom email settings.
From Email Address: Sender email address.
From Name: The name of the sender.
Reply To Address: The reply email address.
Subject: The email subject.
Body: The email body.
Include Calling Number: Includes the caller's CLI within the email body.
Include Called Number: Includes the inbound service number within the email body.
Include Call Time: Includes the call start time within the email body
Content Type: Allows you to choose whether to send the email as Plain Text or HTML - if HTML you can view and edit your HTML as a web page by clicking on the 'Html Editor' button. If you choose HTML then the 'Include' options above are ignored.
